The Institute for Experimental Sound (ZEZ) has announced an open call to participate in this year’s Izložba zvuka x Čuješ?! Drugačije program, taking place on December 8–9, 2025, at the KLET Studio Gallery.
The event combines exhibition and performance elements. Alongside the two-day Izložba zvuka, which for the tenth year provides a platform for young artists to showcase audiovisual and experimental works, the program also features a final concert and performances as part of Čuješ?! Drugačije, dedicated to emerging experimental performers.
In previous years, separate calls were announced for the two ZEZ programs, but it often happened that artists whose work was more suited for a performance or concert ended up applying for Izložba zvuka, and vice versa.
This year, the calls and program dates have been combined, and it is up to applicants to indicate whether their work is primarily exhibition-based or performance-oriented.

The call is open to all artists and artistic collectives from Croatia and the countries of the former Yugoslavia. Works and proposals in all forms, styles, and genres are welcome, with the only criterion being unconventionality.
